What Will The Trial Lawyers Do?

Assume that the new administration succeeds in achieving their dream of socialized medicine. Don’t they realize they’ll be breaking the backs of the trial lawyers who thrive on suing doctors and hospitals? When the government takes over, you can be assured that they can’t be sued. Hmmm, I guess the law of unintended consequences will bear fruit when their dream comes true.
What will John Edwards do now?
